A personal training programme must start with a FREE Consultation so you can discuss your current state of health and fitness. This helps us to define your personal goals and targets as well as allowing you to get to know your trainer. This session is vital as it creates a benchmark / starting point so you can track your progress and really see the results you want!

Our team members all hold the highest industry qualification for personal training – at least Level 3 Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and National Register of Personal Trainers (NRPT). This, combined with our diverse wealth of experience and knowledge, means that not only are you in safe hands, but we can provide guidance across a broad range of areas to suit each individual's fitness need.

Support, guidance, motivation and a great relationship with your trainer are the foundations to fantastic results. Your personal trainer will ensure that you get the very best from each workout, making your time much more efficient and focused.

Fitness Training Co have their own Fitness studio with excellent changing and shower facilities and car parking is FREE. The studio is fully equipped with all the latest equipment which will aid in you getting the results you want fast!

If your preference is home training then we offer this service and bring the gym / workout to you in the comfort of your own environment. Training can also take place at your place of work or the great outdoors.
