Nutritional Therapy

Supportive, structured & specific

Eating well is an essential part of living well. When you are looking to make a significant, long lasting shift to the way you work, it is important to look at what you consume (food and fluid), as well as what you do (physical activity).

With a Fitness Training Co nutritionist you will explore what makes a successful eating plan for you. Together we will discuss your lifestyle as a whole, not just what you eat, supporting you to overcome obstacles, barriers and deficiencies that stand in your way of success.

Working with a Fitness Training Co nutritionist will give you an understanding of how a well balanced eating plan can reduce the incidence of many common diseases such as: diabetes, obesity, digestive pathliogy, hypertension, heart disease, allergies, inflammatory conditions and much more.

Fitness Training Co nutritionists hold world recognised qualifications and are experienced in creating rapid, long lasting change.

Our life changing plan begins with a free consultation and ends in your new, healthier, more practical plan for success.

How it Works

A free telephone/email consultation to discuss your reason for change. Keep a seven day diary of everything you consume, including food, fluid, medication and supplements. Send the completed diary to the Fitness Training Co nutritionist and arrange suitable time to meet.

Meet with your Fitness Training Co nutritionist for a lifestyle consultation covering: your family history, eating and drinking patterns, digestive system, vitamin and mineral intake, energy levels, stress symptoms, physical activity, immune system and general health.

We send you your detailed analysis and a practical nutritional plan. Catch up in 4-8 weeks to review your success and plan for the future.

"Steve's help was invaluable with his programme for me and was specifically based on my lifestyle and training regime. I now feel confident that I am eating the right foods to keep me trim whilst fuelling my training. "
